Yes, within and without for sure. The thing about forgiveness is being able to do so but not going back. Standing at the front of your boat, not anchored down not looking back. Then you can help others once you’ve healed and done the work. What I have found with meditation and the Osiris mythology is you have everything you need inside but it is hidden even though it is abundant. Once one taps even a little into that abundant life force energy the strength and filled (vs drained or want) up spirit can extend out to others even while remaining in oneself, unchanged at a high vibration. Prerequisite for the Great Work.
Yup definitely speak this language and have been to that place before. That is exactly it. And I’d imagine much more. I had a very similar experience with forgiveness when I went there back in December. Little did I know life would test me within 24 hours surrounding that person (it didn’t go well but i think that’s the reminder again for the 10000th time) but yes. This is the same place kundalini yoga takes me. We are working with the same energy. The place of timeless freedom is accessible within - and then it becomes without and all around.
